With the DLG 5-point scheme®, DLG TestService GmbH guarantees a scientifically accredited method as well as trained expert panels for the sensory evaluation of foods and beverages for quality assurance. One focus is on the sensory quality assessment of wines and other alcoholic beverages. 

Food law inspections and declaration control

DLG TestService GmbH conducts the complete labelling and marketability testing of a foodstuff for the German market on the basis of the currently valid legal provisions. Reliable statements and opinions on the features of products are produced. In "cases of doubt", coordination takes place with the responsible authorities and other institutions.
