The Test Center Technology and Farm Inputs of DLG TestService is an AEF-approved testing laboratory and supports manufacturers with precise AEF ISOBUS Conformance Tests in compliance with ISO 11783. We test tractors, terminals, and attachments for full interoperability in the ISOBUS network, neutrally, reliably, and with international recognition. This ensures that the tested systems are capable of communicating across manufacturers and guarantee smooth operation in the ISOBUS network.
Technical expertise meets agricultural practice
As part of the DLG, we are deeply rooted in agriculture. We know the requirements from practical experience, understand the expectations of users, and therefore test systems not only in accordance with standards, but also with a clear focus on usability, practicality, and user requirements. For manufacturers, this means tests that reflect real-world operating conditions.
Our Testing Services
We test all relevant ISOBUS functions, including
- UT (Universal Terminal)
- AUX N
- TECU
- TC BAS / TC GEO / TC SC
- TIM (Tractor Implement Management)
After successful testing, your product will be certified as “AEF conform” and added to the AEF database – a clear advantage for market transparency and customer confidence.
Your added value as a manufacturer
- Practical testing thanks to DLG agricultural expertise
- Fast access to AEF certification
- Greater visibility through AEF database entry
- Secure interoperability of your products
- Independent, technical test reports
Once software preparation is complete, the AEF ISOBUS Conformance Test is conducted. The test is performed in accordance with ISO 11783 and covers the relevant hardware and software functions of your product.
There are three options available for conducting the test:
- By mail: You send us your device and we perform the tests in our testing laboratory.
- At the DLG Test Center: You bring your system to us in person and, if you wish, observe the testing process on-site.
- On-site: Upon request, we conduct the conformity test using our testing equipment directly at your company.
After a successful test, the results are documented and subsequently stored in the AEF ISOBUS database.
Once testing is complete, the results can be published. Your product will then appear in the database as a certified AEF ISOBUS product and will be visible to manufacturers, dealers, and users. This provides transparency regarding supported functionalities, compatibility, and the interoperability of the products.
