International DLG quality tests for food
The "DLG award" stands for experience, competence and credibility. Every year, the DLG evaluates around 25,000 food and beverage products from Germany and abroad in international quality tests. The focus of the food tests is on comprehensive sensory product tests, which are supplemented by chemical, microbiological and physical analyses, preparation tests as well as packaging and labelling tests.
