Analytical quality assurance
Our services include authenticity testing, residue analysis and chemical-physical documentation of food and animal feed. We use sound, scientifically based methods that enable quality assessment in accordance with current standards – from routine analyses to specific investigations.
Food law inspections and declaration checks
We check the labelling and marketability of foodstuffs for the German market on the basis of the applicable legal provisions. In doing so, we prepare reliable assessments and statements on product packaging. In cases of doubt, we consult with the competent authorities and relevant institutions.

DLG-certified wines
DLG Produkt-Zertifikat „SEHR GUT“ im Bereich Wein, Sekt und Perlwein steht für Qualität von der Erzeugung bis zum sensorisch getesteten Endprodukt. Es garantiert die Herkunft der Weine und deren kontrollierte Erzeugung im Ursprungsland sowie die sensorisch und analytisch einwandfreie Qualität in der Flasche. Das DLG Produkt-Zertifikat wird auf Basis eines von der EU anerkannten Prüfverfahrens für Wein gemäß Weingesetz verliehen und bietet Ihnen Sicherheit und Orientierung.
DLG-certified allergen management
Based on scientific and medical criteria, the DLG has worked with DAAB e.V. to develop a production-related certification programme for good professional practice in allergen management. In addition to process certification for food manufacturers, the focus is on risk assessment and communication of unintentional allergen contamination. Production-related certification complements existing standards (e.g. IFS, BRC).
