DLG TestService relies on the expertise of specialised Technical Committees that are tied closely to DLG TestService in the technical further development of its testing programmes. In cooperation with the Committees for Crop and Animal Production within the DLG Competence Center for Agriculture and Food, they help to align testing frameworks with current technical developments and practical requirements.
Knowledge for practical application
The Technical Committees analyse questions concerning the suitability and effectiveness of agricultural machinery and farm inputs. They evaluate technological trends, determine the status quo of technology, identify user needs and derive specific testing requirements from these. Scientifically sound decision-making bases that can be used directly by farmers, industry and research are established on this basis.
