Now also test in accordance with the NRMM Directive

New engines in mobile machines and devices (NRMM, Non-Road Mobile Machinery), such as e.g. construction machines and self-propelled working machines, are required to adhere to the emission limit values for gaseous pollutants and particulate pollutants in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/1628. The aim of the directive is to reduce the pollutant emissions of NRMM.

The pollutant values of NRMM engines can now also be tested in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/1628 on the DLG chassis dynamometer at the DLG Test Center Technology and Farm Inputs. Realistic simulation of the load under typical practical conditions enables precise online measurement of the exhaust gas emissions of the overall system by running through various load curves. Time-consuming and costly measurements using portable emission measurement systems (PEMS) in practical operation under typical operating loads are therefore forgone.
